DeepTrack runs a contractor's projects from contract to profit. Set up each project with contract value, retention and payment terms; approve budgets and track budget against actual by workhead, WBS and cost centre. Purchase requests are raised against the approved budget and routed through your configured approvals, then follow PR → PO → delivery → invoice matching → payment. Issue client progress claims with retention and 9% GST and a PDF certificate, record timesheets, and allocate labour and overhead to projects at month-end. Links to Zoho Books for vendors and purchase orders.
