DeepStream for tendering team is a dream come true. There are many features and will list some:

- We always wanted the software to receive the inquiries and segregated them based on the tender subject instead of receiving mails without tender reference. Have them in vendor sequence.

- Have the transparence always wanted in procurement. The commercial bids will be locked (no one can access them until the deadline pass).

- Have your vendors grouped based on the category to save time in searching for which vendors belong to which category

- Have an electronic inventory system

I find it agile, fast and very intuitive. It is very to launch a new RFx for any size of procurement activity. The communication features between buyer and bidder are excellent, status/dashboard screens are clear and easy to understand.
