I love that I can structure bids the way I need and compare suppliers' bids apples to apples, giving stakeholders the visibility they need for confident decision-making. The platform is easy for suppliers to navigate, and they appreciate features like hiding bids to prevent pricing visibility issues. I am impressed by how the outcome of the bid provides a line-by-line comparison, shows savings opportunities, and can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet. Additionally, the setup was very easy; we received detailed training and a contact for questions, plus support through calls for building out bids and learning new features. We’ve recently implemented Deepstream across four of our projects, and the experience has been excellent so far.

From our very first conversations with the Deepstream team, we felt confident that we were in capable hands. After finalising all the contractual details, we moved on to setting up our system, which was handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Once the platform was up and running, our Supply Chain team received comprehensive, easy-to-follow training that covered every aspect of the platform. Additional support was readily available whenever we needed it.

We have just begun issuing tenders, and the feedback from both our internal team and potential suppliers has been overwhelmingly positive. DeepStream is an extremely user friendly sourcing and RFx platform. Our organization has evaluated numerous tools over the years, and have found that tools often have either too many features, or are simply too complex to utilize effectively. DeepStream excels at focusing on customer needs, and turning those needs into concise features. Our sourcing events are now more efficient, and we are excited to see what else is in the DeepStream pipeline.

Very intuitive platform both for internal and external partners allowing you to focus on driving the requirements. The support team is also very reactive insupporting you in your initial steps with the platform. The pre-qualification module is also a well thought feature to handle vendors compliance. No product will ever be 100% perfect out of the gate in meeting every users requirements from different companies and we have noted these with the provider.
