Sometimes the info on the note has nothing to do with behavioral or mental health. The note itself is missing big categories and I have to add in the categories on every single note. Sometimes there are lots of words and other times not even enough to consider it a note. **What problems is DeepScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes it listens for relationship information but sometimes it does not. I think you are on the right path and then the next note is void of mh content. ### 2.
