I like that Deepgram is really easy to set up and use. There is no contract or lock-in, and it's a pay-as-you-go platform. You just load the wallet with some money and continue using it. I like Deepgram for its high-quality transcription and low latency. The ability to look for specific keywords and different things is beneficial, and the API seems pretty solid. I like Deepgram's semantic turn detection as it's much better compared to its competitors. We have an internal benchmark for transcription accuracy and noise background cancellation, and Deepgram does the best in that. The initial setup seemed relatively easy, which was great. Yeah. Unfortunately, right now, we're forced to use Assembly and Azure for multilingual stuff. For multilingual turn like, turn detection based speech to text, and they're much more expensive.
