DeepAgent is an Italian platform for building AI agents that handle phone calls and WhatsApp conversations for businesses. An agent can answer inbound calls, run outbound call campaigns, qualify leads, book appointments in Google Calendar or Outlook, and transfer the call to a human operator when needed. If a call is missed, the agent calls back automatically. You create an agent by describing what it should do in a chat builder, or by drawing the conversation in a drag-and-drop flow builder. Agents learn from your FAQs and website pages, speak 35+ languages with premium Italian voices, and pull structured data out of every call. DeepAgent connects to CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho, and to tools like Google Sheets and Slack. Webhooks and an API send call data to your other systems during or after the call. Data stays in the EU, and the platform is built for GDPR and EU AI Act compliance. The first 30 minutes are free, no credit card needed. Plans start at €99 per month (VAT excluded).
