In my personal use, I think is great how there are so many options to withdraw your money. Also, it has some rewards to get discounts in different platforms. It gives you a Visa pre-paid card that you can use in your virtual wallet and pay all over the world (here in Ecuador works), I use it sometimes to pay things and avoid withdrawal fees. For Ecuador, there is no withdrawal method with little fees. To get a local bank transfer, it costs 25 dollars due that here they do not have the methods to pay less. I'm not a contractor so I don't know how easy it is to setup for a corporation but I imagine it is because my team exclusively trusts it. FAQ section is really helpful sometimes. **What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?** Some of the stuff related to taxation was a bit more confusing, my money was coming from the US and I live in India so I was not able to understand which options I needed to select related to tax forms and whether I am eligible or not. From a user perspective, this feels like an unnecessary extra step, funds should be automatically available on the card without manual action From a global user standpoint, support for EUR currency would be a big improvement, along with the ability to withdraw cash from ATMs using the Deel card, which would make the card far more practical for everyday use The Finance screen and transaction details also have a lot of untapped potential. In my country, transferring money usually involves a lot of paperwork and effort in general, but Deel made it really easy.
