The commission that they charge to withdraw my funds to my bank account is about 16%. That is incredibly high. I'd like to withdraw the funds to one of my bank accounts which gives me interests, but 16% is too much so I just keep it in the Deel card. I really like Deel Payroll because it has a user-friendly layout that makes it easy to use. It's really easy to track the changes in payroll and money, which is super helpful. I love how easy it is to contact support; they have a really good system in place. They've been friendly and provided fast solutions, which is awesome. Setting up Deel Payroll was really easy, and making updates later was straightforward too. I appreciate being able to keep track of my money with ease, seeing my salary details, and understanding expenses. Overall, the platform is reliable and hasn't given me any problems. Which I don't think it's as efficient because sometimes you have to do something else while talking to support. So I think it would be really useful if you were able to receive a notification, like a push notification on your cell phone or wherever you're contacting support. So you know when they answer. There are several options available to choose from to receive my money, and most of the fees are very low. The initial setup was pretty easy as well. I was given instructions, and the instructions on the web were always pretty clear. I didn't have any issues with setting up my payment method, my profile, or my preferences.
