What I like most about Deel IT is their customer support and how reliable the platform is. When I first started using it I had a few questions and even made a small mistake on my account. The live chat support replied very quickly and helped me fix everything in just a few minutes. Since then, I've felt confident using the platform. Honestly there isn't much I dislike. One small limitation is that the Deel Card does not allow cash withdrawals from ATMs. This isn't a major issue for me since I mostly use digital payments, but having the option to withdraw cash directly from the card would make it even more convenient. Deel solves the problem of receiving international payments in a secure and organized way. It allows me to manage contracts and get paid on time without worrying about delays or complicated processes. This honestly gives me peace of mind and lets me focus on my work instead of stressing about payments pr administrative issues because I rest assured that my money is not going anywhere without my consent. This is the first time that I get paid over a third party platform for my interpreting services, instead of a direct deposit through my bank account. Ive found Deel a very easy and friendly platform that gives you automatic customer support through his AI immediate response. I started using it daily to check all the features available and became pretty much very knowledgeable about it. At first I have send the money through a direct deposit, but for what I saw, it is very easy to acces with different pay methods to whitdrawal my payments. Basically, at first I was scared because it is the first time I have to use a third party platform to get paid. I thought my money was gone because it did not appear immediately on my bank account. In here, you receive your money even before the pay day and it has the analytics part that shows you exactly how much you are earning, that way you can control how much of your time its invested at work, and if you need more to reach your economic goal. When working remotely, this has honestly been one of the best and most reliable tools I’ve used. It’s super easy to create an account and get started, and I really like having everything in one place instead of juggling different apps for every little thing. It also works well for payroll and time-tracking, depending on how the company sets things up. Something I’ve noticed and really appreciate is that they’re adding more connections with local banks. That’s made withdrawals a lot faster, for example, here in Colombia I can now get my money within a few hours, which is huge. All the legal requirements and documents that would normally be a headache are already handled through the platform, so I don’t have to chase down forms or figure out complicated processes on my own. Their system basically sits in the middle and connects both sides, which makes the whole cross-border working relationship a lot smoother. Ever since I started working remotely, I’ve been paid through Deel. I really appreciate their flexibility with different currencies and payment methods. The platform is easy to navigate, and they even offer Deel Advance for some contracts, which is great when you need an extra boost. Overall, I don’t really have any complaints—the experience has been very smooth. All the information regarding contracts and finance is clear and transparent. I can also choose whether I want to get paid in USD or in my local currency. On top of that, I receive invoices that I can use for my local tax payments. I liked the ease with which I could receive my payments, even though I am not in the United States, which is where I received the payment from. The speed and the multiple options for cashing out were excellent. I had the option to pay fewer fees when transferring to my local bank, which was very beneficial. Additionally, I could use cryptocurrencies, Wise, PayPal, and there was an option to cash out directly in crypto, offering many options and flexibility. This was good.
