Support speed can vary as well, depending on how urgent or complex the issue is. Finally, there’s limited customization for very specific payroll workflows compared with local payroll providers. I didn't have to jump through hoops to set it up; the interface is clean and makes sense immediately. The highlight for me is definitely the Deel Card. I just filled out some quick info and the card arrived surprisingly fast. It makes accessing my money feel effortless, and connecting my bank account for withdrawals was a total breeze.
