Well, I would say that what Deel IT needs to work better would be probably the connections with other platforms that help with the money. Because, I mean, right now, they do not connect with the most popular ones that people use, such as ARC, Global sixty six. I know they do connect sometimes, but there are other global platforms that would really use that as well, so I would love to have that. I would also like to be able to get advanced, like, daily advances for the money that I'm supposed to get. So let's say if the contract says I get paid 3,500 at the end of the month, and I have a stable source of income for, let's say, six months, they know I will be receiving it and the contract has not been finished. I feel like Deel IT is the best platform to get paid on, to be honest. My experience with Deel IT has been extremely good. It's always on time. I get my money before because they pay me in The Philippines, and I'm in Mexico, with a twelve to fourteen hour difference. Whenever I make the transfer from Deel IT to my account, I always receive it in less than five minutes, which is honestly just amazing. I like how the platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It’s super easy to create an account and get started, and I really like having everything in one place instead of juggling different apps for every little thing. It also works well for payroll and time-tracking, depending on how the company sets things up.

Something I’ve noticed and really appreciate is that they’re adding more connections with local banks.
