I have never had any problem, so I don’t have any experience with customer support, but I’ve heard from my colleagues that is really good. **What do you dislike about Deel Payroll?** I think the only downside for me relates to taxes and discounts made to our withdrawals. I know Deel charges the company who is using the platform to manage its employees/contractors. In my opinion, there shouldn’t be any charge for people who are receiving the payments. The amount discounted is not clear because we don’t know the percentage they charge for each transaction.
