Deel IT (and the broader Deel platform) solves one of the biggest challenges in modern work: making global payroll easy and manageable. Before tools like Deel, running payroll for people in different countries meant juggling multiple systems, paying in different currencies, tracking different tax rules, and constantly worrying about compliance with each country’s labor laws. What I really love about Deel is that it really provides everything you need. Personally I have really loved using Deel as a tool. That helps me see when my payments are gonna be made and see the pay cycle that I have or where it’s going to end and honestly, it has been really helpful to understand how I’m gonna receive my money and in terms of receiving my money, it’s really user-friendly. It doesn’t take that much time to receive your money and whether you’re going to do it to an account transfer or anything else it’s really user-friendly and it doesn’t take that much money from what you’re receiving so I definitely would recommend it. The wizards it employs to fill in information is useful and additional information provided to clarify helps. The AI chatbot to try to find documents or options is somewhat helpful as well. Haven't seen an option for customer support without digging but at least I was able to resolve the problem by sheer brute force (visiting the same page 10 times until the content finally appeared). Some of my legal documents didn’t show up until I reloaded the page several times. I use it daily so logging in every day on my browser is annoying despite it saying there's a feature to "trust devices", it's not an option for me and I don't want yet another dumb app, if it could stay logged in without needing 2FA every chance on my home computer would be nice. Also annoying was that it was asking me to fill out things that I had already taken care of but the system hadn't caught up to itself, it seems, so it seems things are not integrated like they should be.
