We used to have great customer success support, and because of that we also had a strong overall support system. Deel has recently gone through restructuring, and they have unassigned our customer success contact. Now we have to rely on online support, which is terrible for actually fixing problems. The agents change shifts, so you end up with a new person and have to start from scratch each time. Overall, it has been a very bad experience since these changes occurred.
