Additionally, the processes are so antiquated. I know that it's Mexico, but requiring us to WRITE A LETTER IN BLUE INK to quit and then...BUY BLUE INK AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO PUT MY THUMB IN IT AND PUT IT ON THE PAPER IN SOME KIND OF CORRECT WAY ...is beyond crazy for a company that forces you to use an authenticator app to log in. Then, they were trying to screw people out of money. If you worked a certain number of days in the year, you are owed money via profit sharing, and it turns out that they will not give you that money unless you ask for it when it's the legal obligation to do it.
