They have excellent support. I once had an issue with a transaction of more than 50000 USD due to banking regulations however the support team was extremely useful to solve that. I would really like a native mobile application instead of something that feels pretty slow and more like a web view inside an application. For me personally, it is a very reliable platform to receive USD payments and Deel card is also a great way for us to pay foreign fees without any additional taxes and charges. Tracking all the payments and invoices smoothly is a standout feature for me despite some delays in processing payments. Also, connecting cards to my bank account is a lot easier, and that's a yay. There's an issue when starting work if you don't press the start time; then hours don't get tracked. It would be better if there was a different way to input those hours afterward. It is easyer than most other options to receive money in my home country 'Tanzania' and I receive them in local currency even though I have been paid in USD.
