It is convenient for online purchases and transactions abroad in USD. **What do you dislike about Deel Hire?** Deel’s instant transfer to my account in my country (Pakistan) doesn’t offer the best rates when transferring in my local currency (PKR). As a workaround, I have to choose a transfer in USD instead, but that takes a few days to process and the rate is still comparatively lower than other platforms like Wise. On top of that, Deel doesn’t allow me to transfer money to any account other than my own, which limits how I can use it. The platform removes the complexity of compliance, contracts, and cross-border payments, allowing businesses to focus on talent rather than paperwork. It’s efficient, intuitive, and truly bridges the gap between companies and remote professionals worldwide. **What do you dislike about Deel Hire?** i don't find anything about dislike deel it is fantastic product it is good for the companies who are hiring offshore resources **What problems is Deel Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Global hiring & onboarding complexity Hiring someone in another country often means setting up a local legal entity (subsidiary), or dealing with local payroll, tax, labour-law compliance and contracts. Deel offers an “Employer of Record” (EOR) service: they already have entities in many countries and can legally employ someone on your behalf so you don’t have to set up everything. They also handle contractor classification, contract generation localized for each country, work permit/visa issues etc. Compliance, payroll, payment & tax across borders When you pay someone internationally: currency conversions, local tax withholding, labour law, severance rules, benefits—all vary by country. Deel builds in a lot of that in their platform. For employees/contractors: payment in your local currency, multiple payout methods. Admin burden & document management Many companies struggle with document-processing (contracts, tax forms, IDs) when hiring globally. Deel uses automation/AI to streamline that.
