As a workaround, I have to choose a transfer in USD instead, but that takes a few days to process and the rate is still comparatively lower than other platforms like Wise. Additionally, the exchange rates offered by Deel are accurate and do not differ significantly from the international market rates, which gives me confidence in handling foreign exchange without disparities. I also appreciate that Deel supports my local bank, Nequi, making the integration seamless and beneficial for my banking transactions in Colombia. Having the assurance that my funds are safe with Deel is crucial to me because the app never fails, and it allows me full control over my money. **What do you dislike about Deel Hire?** I find the exchange fee on Deel to be quite high, as I get deducted at least $30 per month, which is significant compared to my salary or payments.
