There's no way to apply "common sense" to the automatic merge logic. Dedupely as a system must see millions and millions of names. They should use that, or just add a huge database of real human names, so that the user can turn on a "common sense" filter for deciding which Name to assign to the merged contacts. You have to choose either the longest or shortest name as a rule to apply to newly merged contacts, and that is dumb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dedupely is very easy to install, set up and implement. The dashboard is very user-friendly. Their support team is really helpful and reliable. They even offered a 1:1 session to help me with my initial setup so I can do it on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall I am impressed. I use Dedupely to eliminate duplicates in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. A lot better than the out-of-the-box solutions provided by the vendors listed.
