What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I was in need of a proxy to pass some hard country IP location check and Smartproxy got a very nice onboarding experience, sleek payment process and offer pay as you go option. The browser extension worked perfectly and for sure the customer support is super proactive. I had an issue with my settings and they have been able to fix it in a breathe while i've been able to accomplish what I was in need of a proxy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Nothing to note, I had some issues once I've created my account to set the parameters within the browser but everything has been cleared by their amazing customer service. Thank you Isaac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the hard geo-IP ban from websites and let me able to clear some forms where my usual VPN provider was unable to connect. The service is doing what he is claming ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
