Their datacenter proxies are reliable and fast, and they perform very well across most use cases. The main area for improvement is the 1,000 GB bandwidth limit; providing more bandwidth at the same price would make an already strong service even more competitive and worthwhile. I’ve had a great experience with Decodo (formerly Smartproxy). The support team was extremely fast and helpful throughout the process. I originally purchased and recharged a plan, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to use it before it expired. After contacting support, they were very understanding and helped me get a refund. They also assisted me in choosing and purchasing another plan, which is now working perfectly. I’m especially happy with the residential proxy service - the quality and reliability have been excellent. What really stood out to me was the customer support; they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved smoothly. Man, those Decodo residential proxies straight-up crushed it for me. I was honestly blown away at how smoothly everything ran compared to the usual headaches with other providers. They pull from this massive pool of real home internet connections — over 115 million IPs across pretty much every country you can think of. So every request looked like it was coming from a normal person chilling at home instead of some obvious server. Websites just trusted it without a fight. That authenticity killed off almost all the bans, CAPTCHAs, and random blocks that used to wreck my flows. I could run long sessions for hours or days without getting slapped down. Speeds were consistently solid (usually under a second), uptime was basically flawless, and the whole thing just kept delivering. City-level targeting made geo-specific work effortless, the IP reputation was strong, rotation was seamless, and integration was stupid simple whether I was scraping data, managing accounts, or whatever.
