I paid my money and couldn't use this proxy for anything. They said after verifying ID, you will be able to access Outlook, but they lied. The initial setup was incredibly hard, didn't work at all, and wasted my time and money. **What problems is Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can't access any website except Amazon and a few others. I paid money but couldn't use the proxy for anything. ### 2. The lack of functionality prevented me from using their product, and even after contacting their support, they couldn’t resolve the issue. Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with their no refund policy, as I have been unable to secure a refund despite the services not working as promised.
