The AI functionality is dreadful - the more descriptive the input, the worse the output gets. It's not usable, even as an aid to get started with a deck.

"This Product Should Be In The WATER! That's Just How Vital & Helpful It Is!"

What do you like best about Decktopus?

There is a template for everything that you can imagine, from appointment scheduling, resumes, presentations, proposals, requesting promotions, etc. But what I like most about the templates is this company has thought of the correct protocol which should be used when formatting your information.

For example, I was in the process of preparing a webinar for my YouTube channel. Even though the specific topic I was discussing was not a part of the template collection, there was a webinar template. I simply substituted the template information with my information. To be transparent, that was the first time I did a YouTube video in the webinar format. After seeing my video and the others, I was able to confirm the format was correct, and I never would have used that format if it was not already laid out in the template provided by this company which is outstanding.

I have never taken a course in business, as many physicians haven't but it means a lot to me to come across as professional and polished. This software allows for such.

If you have not taken a course on writing presentations of any sort, the software is mandatory if that is a requirement for you as it will guarantee that you come across as professional and the documentation you provide is proficient which would increase the probability of you being successful in achieving the goals desired via your document preparation/submission. What do you dislike about Decktopus?

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike, and as a matter of fact, every time I use it, I learn more things that I do like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decktopus solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has saved me money from having to hire someone to prepare all of the different documents which are required throughout my professional day. Before having the software, I would have had to have gone to Upwork or some other platform just because that person was experienced in formatting. Now, I can comfortably format and write proposals, pitch decks, webinars, etc... So I would save the benefits have been (1) FINANCIAL; (2) CONFIDENCE as I'm doing things myself FOR myself as opposed to trying to communicate my thoughts to a HIRED individual - just to wait for their draft which commonly required multiple revisions - so I guess I have to add a third BENEFIT (3) TIME!!! What do you like best about Decktopus?

UX/UI honestly. I personally love it. I don't have to spend so much time browsing how to use this tool and the templates are ready to use. I can get done my presentation in less than half an hour. What do you dislike about Decktopus?

When you want to add another page it offers you layouts. It would be much easier if we can see some templates similarly how you use your landing page tools. You just open up a pop up where you can see many templates you can choose from. This is actually missing in Decktopus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decktopus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Power Point is cool but if you want to create a powerful presentation or a deck for your investors, marketers, sales etc Decktopus is the right choice. You can easily create a presentation in say 20 minutes (7 slides) then copy a shareable link and woolaaa all done. What do you like best about Decktopus?

I love how easy it is to put together a presentation or a proposal using existing ready-made templates or duplicate some of the templates I have previously created. I used to spend hours putting together PowerPoint documents, and now I can execute the work in minutes, plus I can share it with my clients via custom URL links. What I like best about Decktopus is the ease of use and collaboration features of the platform which makes it a very good tool for creating and showing presentations to your target audience. There is absolutely no room for slides to go off-brand on the overall design of each slide as collaborators can only edit the specific content on each slide. Maybe the feature that I am missing right now inside Decktopus would be having Brand Kits like custom colors, logos, and images that can be reused for each individual presentation.
