Deckshare.ai is a secure data room and session intelligence platform engineered for high-stakes fundraising, corporate development, and intellectual property due diligence. Traditional sharing platforms often compress video files, break inline previews, or lock critical tracking metrics behind expensive enterprise tiers. We engineered Deckshare to eliminate this friction, providing deep asset security natively on a unified stack for a flat rate of $10/month. Key Capabilities: 1. Granular Session Security & Compliance: Features zero-trust entry gating via One-Time Password (OTP) email gates and visitor JWTs cryptographically locked to hardware fingerprints. Includes a single-click master "kill switch" to immediately terminate active viewer sessions, backed by immutable tamper-linked audit trails. 2. Advanced Video Streaming Pipelines: Media assets stream natively via signed Cloudflare Stream playback using HLS delivery and origin restrictions to mitigate unauthorized capture or ripping software. Track viewer retention across materials down to the precise video timestamp to gauge user engagement in real time. 3. Unified Previews & Dynamic Download Policies: By default, files stay securely trapped within an isolated, browser-based viewer environment to prevent local caching or data leaks. Administrators can explicitly enable download permissions per-file or per-room. When enabled, documents export with customized, watermark-stamped layouts. Deckshare provides high-fidelity inline rendering for Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, OpenDocument, specialized design graphics (PSD, SVG, WEBP), raw markdown, and compressed archive drops (ZIP, RAR, 7Z). Secure your next round, safeguard your IP, and fully understand every single visit.
