Using the Roambee tracking devices enables us to maintain realtime visibility of shipments from door to door, where traditional methods are not sufficient. What I like most about the devices and the platform is that the return on investment is high and the devices have already essentially paid for themselves. The added visibility improves accountability and helps us enforce our carrier management. We have already used the devices to benchmark and used the data in our negotiations on rates and selecting the appropriate level of service with carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Decklar? So far everything my experience using the devices/platforms has been great. As a suggestion for improvement, user manuals and setup instructions (template work instructions, written procedures, training materials etc) should be more readily available by Roambee and offered to customers to aid in the implementation phase. The devices give us more visibility into the full transport chain from door-to-door, all in one system. Before Roambee, we were getting tracking info and data from numerous sources and having to compile everything ourselves which was very time consuming and prone to errors. This greatly simplifies the collection of data, as it works for all modes of shipment, regardless of tradelane, nominated freight forwarder, etc. Everything is now easily accessible and managed under one control tower.
