**What do you like best about Deck Commerce?**

The product is stable and has not had any issues dealing with our 20%+ YoY growth and our dramatically increased volume during holidays.  Our in-house OMS had become difficult to support and scale and introducing Deck Commerce OMS allowed us to cut staffing in half and offer a better service.  Customer support is top notch and Integration into our tech stack was straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Deck Commerce?**

Dislike is a strong word. I don't dislike anything about Deck Commerce.  They are accomidating and attentive and we enjoy working with the team.

**What problems is Deck Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A cost effect place for Customer care to manage orders that don't flow through automatically.  
A Buy online return in store feature for our eComm business that actually increases sales in retail.
A stable integration point between our store front and ERP systems.
A partner in what is next in Direct to Consumer.
