It is an all-in-one solution limited only by your imagination. What do you dislike about Decisions? The step library looks like it has proliferated pretty widely so there is some duplication, and the explanation of what happens in each step isn't always clear. Besides being a great no-code workflow tool and rules engine, Decisions has the best customer service I've experienced from any software company. Most tickets are resolved on the same day. If you have a question about how best to perform a specific task, a client support agent will build a flow illustrating how to do it. Need to talk through an issue? They will hop on a call and help you resolve your issue. Decisions has been my favorite development since I discovered it three years ago, but their customer service puts them over the top. No-code doesn't mean no learning curve. Decisions has hundreds - maybe thousands - of pre-built steps you can use to build whatever workflow you need. The flip side of all those options is knowing what steps are available and how to use them. It takes some effort to learn Decisions, but they have a set of free, self-paced learning modules that teach you how to use the tool; they also provide detailed documentation and offer live help sessions. In my previous position, I worked at a university where we used Decisions to automate the onboarding and offboarding of faculty, staff, and students - automatically granting or revoking access rights as needed. We also used it to send and receive signed correspondence from students using DocuSign. We automated workflows that allow faculty to request and approve research grants. During the pandemic, we converted manual form submissions so students could submit forms that would automatically route for electronic signature.
