They also beleive in it so much that company's internal and customer facing processes (like support) are actually built in decisions as well. **What do you dislike about Decisions?** The step library looks like it has proliferated pretty widely so there is some duplication, and the explanation of what happens in each step isn't always clear. This makes the learning curve a bit steeper than it may need to be. **What problems is Decisions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to replace a process that took 25 BPO contractors and bring it in house with just 4 people. They have all the building blocks to do any arbitrary integration or process and the tools to manage them at scale. ### 2. Initially it seems pretty complicated but through more use and training walkthroughs, the potential to creat unique documents and forms seems vast. It has strong UI Layout. **What do you dislike about Decisions?** If we need to implement multiple calculation on one step, we can not have that. We have to have multiple steps for that. **Recommendations to others considering Decisions:** It is very easy tool to use, definitely need more maturity on Integrations and Customization but otherwise a decent tool. **What problems is Decisions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are making the manual process automated and reducing the workload and time for processing of requests. ### 9. They reviewed with us how the program works including basic and intermediate level tips for 20% of our employees in addition to IT. Even after that the IT department struggled learning the tool to build our requests. There are other programs similar that I feel are easier to build in. **What problems is Decisions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We planned to put all our forms for HR into the system, which would have been a huge benefit to us, but with the struggle to build have since turned back to our old system. ### 10.
