I am unable to have the system type up the meeting minutes for me. I need to do this separately. I wish this feature was there. A simple transcript is provided but I have to type up meeting minutes, which is a waste of time with various meetings inbetween.

The recap feature has been the unexpected winner of Decisions AI. Ability to quickly produce a summary of the meeting with clear action items that sync to the planner. The meeting recap and meeting minutes do not work in concert together. You cannot reference the recap when you do get to the meeting minutes resulting in going over old ground. Further you end up with duplicate action items that need to be cleaned up and you cant do that within the app, but have to produce the minutes and then edit them. The bult-in AI is awesome and does great job when resuming a meetin, recording, managing agenda and create meeting minutes.

The best feature is the fact that it is totally embeded on MS Teams. I use it at all meetings arround 10 times a day.

So far i dont have a dislike as i understood the limitations of the product before i used it and so far it has done nothing but impress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Works really well for my work. Its easy to use for myself and the rest of the team. I haven't had to use customer support yet but I'm sure it'll be okay when it does. The features are great and simple to use and to integrate into the everyday working life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
