What I like best about Decisions AI is that it makes our work a lot easier by suggesting the right next steps, so we don’t have to waste time figuring things out manually. It really cuts down on guesswork. I also love how easily it connects with the tools we already use, so we didn’t have to change our whole setup. Another great thing is the confidence scores it gives with each suggestion they help us understand how sure the system is, which makes it easier to trust the decisions. Working in a highly regulated area, I have spent hours a week creating agendas (especially modifying timeslots), generating minutes, capturing actions and logging decisions.

I believe the user interface could do with some improvements, its not always intuitive to find the functions, that are generally there but hidden well. Helpful tool to capture discussions, statements, actions. What's helpful is being able to digest information after listening to conversation. It is easy to integrate with TEAMs and use. I mostly started using Decisions for it's meeting agenda tool, as MS Teams and OneNote, etc., even with lots of features, equates to a lot of manual work and multiple steps every time I need to create the agenda and take notes, etc. Using Decisions in place of the multiple MS tools definitely has made it easier. The meeting recap feature is great for quickly summarizing what happened in the meeting and what the next tasks and priorities are on a project. The AI transcription is also great for fast-paced or long meetings where taking minutes myself can get difficult.
