"Powerful Microsoft Integration, But Setup Complexity"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Decisions AI?

I really appreciate how Decisions AI integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office, especially within Microsoft Teams. It is convenient to have the Decisions button right in the Teams side menu, allowing me to quickly access upcoming meetings and view meeting topics easily. This integration streamlines my workflow significantly because it connects directly with the other tools I already use within Teams, such as Microsoft Planner and OneNote, which makes keeping meeting minutes organized and accessible. Being able to access it directly on Teams is very handy, making it a very useful tool to have at my disposal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

I find organizing meetings with Decisions AI to be complicated. Setting up meetings properly, especially reminders and recurring meetings, presents challenges. Furthermore, the initial setup was complex, taking time for team members to get accustomed to the platform. Many found the setup process cumbersome, which resulted in some team members opting not to use it for programming meetings, although it is still used for attending meetings organized by others who learned to navigate it effectively. "Detailed Teams Meeting Summaries and Action Items"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Decisions AI?

I like that Decisions can create detailed summaries and action items from recorded Teams meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

I don't like that it offers only a limited number of free credits each month. Several of the detailed summaries created with Decisions require 1 or more tries to modify the content to correct spelling or to pull out the desired content. Each of these modifications burn through those free monthly credits. Thus, I am forced to supplement my meeting recordings through a second recording app and create the summaries + action items using ChatGPT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Decisions AI?

I really appreciate the meeting summaries and creation of tasks that Decisions AI offers. These features are incredibly helpful as they streamline our workflow by ensuring that key action items are captured and not forgotten. The integration of Decisions AI with Microsoft Teams is particularly beneficial because it enables us to convert meeting action items directly into tasks within our planner, which we rely on to manage our projects. This seamless integration helps us maintain organization and accountability, knowing that everything we discuss in meetings will be accurately logged and actionable, reducing the risk of overlooking important tasks. What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

The user interface of Decisions AI can be quite clunky, which some of my coworkers struggle to use effectively. This suggests that the design might not be intuitive or user-friendly, causing difficulties for team members. Additionally, the initial setup of Decisions AI was hard, implying that the onboarding process might not be straightforward or well-supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient protocol recording, but limited integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Decisions AI?

I greatly appreciate Decisions AI for minute-taking, as it simplifies the process and helps me reduce manual effort. It enables efficient drafting of minutes and other tasks that would otherwise require more time and effort. I found the initial setup of Decisions AI practical and quite easy, as everything was well explained and the setup process is overall straightforward. These features make it a useful tool for our department head meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

I find it unfortunate that Decisions AI is only integrated into Microsoft White and the main applications like Word, Outlook, and Teams, and cannot be further integrated into other apps like Loop. This limited integration capability reduces the flexibility I need for our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Meeting Management with Minor Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Decisions AI?

I have been using Decisions AI for about three years, and it's truly beneficial for my internal meetings. I appreciate its ability to help with documenting decisions, setting agendas, and keeping track of action items. The prompts it provides are really useful, giving me indications about what's coming up, which is great for planning ahead. The collaboration features for agenda items and the support for loading in documentation make it a highly useful tool for my team. I also find the minute-taking capabilities very efficient, ensuring that all important details are captured. Its integration with Microsoft's suite, particularly Microsoft 365, enhances its functionality, making it easier to collaborate and compile minutes effectively. The AI-driven summarization and meeting preparation tools add significant value, allowing for seamless collaboration and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

I found it challenging to initially get used to how Decisions AI worked. It took some time to adapt to its functionalities. Additionally, I find it difficult to easily create a custom template for certain meetings, which might be a limitation within the software. Though admittedly, this could partly be due to a training issue on my side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time saving and intuitive."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decisions AI?

A time-saving and instinctive piece of software, compiling minutes in under a minute. I use Decisions most of the time. I easily implemented Decisions for my dissertation interviews, intuitively picking up the main points, which helped me code quotations for thematic analysis.

Decisions comes integrated within Teams and quietly works without interruption. Circumventing dedicated apps is a cherry on top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

It would be amazing if Decisions could pick different voices from voice recordings to capture notes from in-person meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Meeting Management, Needs Better Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Decisions AI?

Decisions AI's ease of use is something I really appreciate, it just works seamlessly. It's possibly the best meeting management software I’ve ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

I find the minutes template and branding clunky and difficult. If you want branded or custom minutes templates, you need to reach out to support, which creates friction. Also, setting it up can be problematic if you are an unlicensed admin account because you need a mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
