Well implementing the rules are quite wasy to do once unserstand. If got any issue reacing out to the customer support is the best way to get the solution quickly. Integrating it with the java platform was quite easy as we have got the SDK dependency for it and quite easy with the documentation. **What do you dislike about DecisionRules?** None of the existing ones come close, it already has almost every feature that’s needed. **What problems is DecisionRules solving and how is that benefiting you?** Decision making is quite easy by havivng this tool.
