Decisional is a web application designed for real estate agents to assist home buyers by streamlining the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) process. Its intuitive interface allows agents to efficiently rank homes using the TOPSIS MCDM algorithm, ensuring an optimal match based on the buyer's preferences. Decisional also evaluates the 'value for money' of properties through the Pareto frontier, providing a thorough and user-friendly assessment of each home's worth for the specific buyer.
