The platform has automated and streamlined various processes that support our risk management framework very efficiently. Its a highly configurable tool which allowed to implement our existing framework.

The implementation process was positive we were very ably supported by our project team at Decision Focus. They were very responsive and readily available to discuss issues and queries in order to really understand and support the inclusion of specific requirements from our framework. The reporting and dashboard elements of the system are good however not immediately intuitive and require additional build and training to develop and establish. We use a lot of MS Planner to do routine reminders and tasks and its really one of the easier systems to use, while getting the job done. I do find it easier to do control attestations in Planner with its recurring task features, which I feel is missing from the controls features of DF.
