In addition, if things get difficult, they offer a full-service option where they will fully program the survey for you which helps when you don't know how to get the most out of the software or have limited capacity to take on another job. **What do you dislike about Decipher?** We don't use it as much as I would assume because our needs are so customized. We tend to use in-house solutions for most of our work. Decipher seems like it would be good for most companies and situations, but for our needs, it only is beneficial for the most basic of survey needs. So, we really do like everything, but it's just not as robust as what we can build from scratch. **Recommendations to others considering Decipher:** If you need the robustness of a full-service survey building software for your in-house needs and/or as an alternative to your internal solutions, this is a great piece of software. So many built-in question types and functions, plus a robust reporting tool. We can do a quantitative analysis as well as give an explanation based on that to the client. It helped me do simplified cross tabs and then exporting it on a PowerPoint or Excel as per the requirement. I have worked well with the software for 1 year and it was better than other products like survey monkey etc. I feel it can be used for multiple projects together and the customer service is excellent.
