First, if they can be linked with databases it will be easier to pull out reports without much of a difference. Second, if decipher can have prototypes for different survey types like target market, customer satisfaction. It will help the consultant to be more creative and can help in developing an insightful report for the clients in the future. The others should have read a manual that tells them how to design a survey on this platform. The consultant should be quantitatively skilled to carry out the reporting part and give good factual, statistical insights. The user should be statistically sound. I have made surveys that catered to measure customer satisfaction, employee retention surveys and to publish a customer satisfaction score. It is good to publish reports. This tool was helpful in making in-depth reports and for doing deep-diving data analysis for any client requirements.
