The best thing I like about the decipher is that I can easily monitor quota and quickly understand the incidence rate. Decipher is helping us in designing user friendly surveys. We usually design complex questionnaires with many logics and pipe-in questions. With the help of decipher designing complex surveys is very easy which is benefiting us by increase in participation rate. "A powerful analytical reporting tool for healthcare department" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Decipher? It makes work very simple for reporting. We can do a quantitative analysis as well as give an explanation based on that to the client. It helped me do simplified cross tabs and then exporting it on a PowerPoint or Excel as per the requirement. I have worked well with the software for 1 year and it was better than other products like survey monkey etc. I feel it can be used for multiple projects together and the customer service is excellent. I disliked the interface and the explanation to put up a survey on the tool. It did not have an prototypes to help the consultant to get easy suggestions for questions like how it is there in qualtrics and other survey platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Decipher: The recommendations to improve decipher would be : First, if they can be linked with databases it will be easier to pull out reports without much of a difference. Second, if decipher can have prototypes for different survey types like target market, customer satisfaction. It will help the consultant to be more creative and can help in developing an insightful report for the clients in the future. The others should have read a manual that tells them how to design a survey on this platform. The consultant should be quantitatively skilled to carry out the reporting part and give good factual, statistical insights. The user should be statistically sound. I have made surveys that catered to measure customer satisfaction, employee retention surveys and to publish a customer satisfaction score. It is good to publish reports. This tool was helpful in making in-depth reports and for doing deep-diving data analysis for any client requirements.
