The knowledge base it provides. Theme development survey. Dashboards for quick analysis. Easy to integrate with Forsta visualizations using API key. XML as well as GUI edit, makes it unique. The best thing about Decipher is that it provides designer mode that is graphical user interface, as well as XML/coding mode hence, anyone who is not a big fan of coding they can use designer window to program an online survey. Decipher is a powerful point-and-click, survey-building software. We like that you can quickly build professional-looking surveys while still having the ability to use custom code. In addition, if things get difficult, they offer a full-service option where they will fully program the survey for you which helps when you don't know how to get the most out of the software or have limited capacity to take on another job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Decipher? We don't use it as much as I would assume because our needs are so customized. We tend to use in-house solutions for most of our work. Decipher seems like it would be good for most companies and situations, but for our needs, it only is beneficial for the most basic of survey needs. Recommendations to others considering Decipher: If you need the robustness of a full-service survey building software for your in-house needs and/or as an alternative to your internal solutions, this is a great piece of software. So many built-in question types and functions, plus a robust reporting tool. In addition, their full-service support really gives you confidence that if the software can't do something (or perhaps you just don't know how to make it work the way you'd like), you will get the hand-holding you require. Via decipher, we have been able to begin crafting reports and analysis while we are still in the field. The reporting tools are very useful for gleening insights quickly and easily.
