Decipher is user friendly for both the survey maker and the survey taker. It is easy to put together a survey for quantitative and qualitative answers. It has a bunch of different question types. It can be a bit time consuming to put together a survey. The data export is also not very clean. It would be nice if you could more easily run analysis within the program.
