Their speed and effectiveness in getting what they promise done

**What do you dislike about Decimal?**

Not much - they do what they promise, on time.

**Recommendations to others considering Decimal:**

Use them!  They will make your life easier and your business will flow and operate much better with them in your corner.

**What problems is Decimal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decimal helps us with bookkeeping, reconcilling with our bank feeds, doing more in depth journal entries as needed and all around help on general accouting.

Very accessible and easy to communicate with Decimal. They have helped through a few challenges with my small business

**What do you dislike about Decimal?**

None. I have no complaints at the moment

I'd recommend them without reservation. Decimal has done a wonderful job with my business.

Did not enjoy changes to the account managers but its part of business.

Give them a try.  They are a great team and reliable to get the job done.

Taking accounting and bookkeeping off our plate.  Streamlining our processes.
