Decimal connects customer questions with context from code, logs, configuration, documentation, and linked systems. It investigates incoming tickets, drafts customer responses with citations, and equips engineering teams with reproduction steps, relevant code, and customer impact when a fix is needed. Teams can use Decimal as their support workspace or connect it to existing tools, including Slack, Zendesk, Pylon, Plain, Jira, Salesforce, and GitHub. Decimal also supports workflows that fix bugs, build feature requests, and take actions around the clock. Built for support teams, engineers, solution architects, and forward deployed engineers, Decimal helps reduce repetitive investigations and engineering escalations. It offers read-only connections by default, SSO, role-based access controls, audit logs, and encryption. Customer data and source code are never used to train foundation models.
