Decimal provides AI support engineers for technical teams. It helps software companies investigate customer issues using connected code, logs, documentation, past tickets and other product context. Investigations bring findings and supporting sources into the support workflow, alongside a draft reply that a teammate can review and edit before sending. Decimal works with existing helpdesks, including Zendesk, Intercom, Plain and Pylon. Teams can configure reply instructions and choose what appears in internal notes. Optional automated replies use configured eligibility rules and guardrails, with Preview mode available before Live delivery. Decimal helps support and engineering teams share the investigation context needed to decide the next step, while retaining control over what reaches the customer.
