DecaFirma issues Spain's digital road freight control document (DeCA) with its QR code in a minute, together with the delivery note that the receiver signs with a finger on their own phone, with no app and no account. Mandatory in digital form since 5 October 2026. It fills itself from a photo, a PDF or a WhatsApp message, sends the document to the driver by WhatsApp, and shows the office who signed, when, and the signed PDF, ready to invoice. Includes delivery routes with several stops, hourly service notes, an AI assistant, Odoo connectors (17 to 20) and a REST API. Built for owner-drivers and road transport companies in Spain. Free plan, paid plans from EUR 8.33/month, priced per vehicle, not per user.
