**What do you like best about DebtPayPro?**

It  is easy to use to collect payment and keep track of debts owed to the company for those who were placed on a payment arrangement. 

**What do you dislike about DebtPayPro?**

The payment arrangement feature was tricky at first to set up.  Sometimes it would charge clients in the same day of set up when a payment was only needed for the date following the set up date. Once you get the hang of it its not too bad, just have to be extra careful so customers are not charged incorrectly.  

**What problems is DebtPayPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Debt collections and payment plans for contractual agreements made.
