DebtMaster EVO is the collections platform behind Comtronic Systems' Debtmaster product line, built to run agency operations from intake through resolution. It runs on a private deployment architecture that keeps client data under your agency's control while giving collectors secure remote access from any location, a deliberate choice for agencies with strict compliance and data governance requirements. EVO connects real-time telephony, a compliance rules engine covering U.S. and Canadian regulations, and AI tools that use your own credentials rather than pooled data, so nothing about your book of business trains a shared model. The EVO Consumer Portal extends that same real-time platform to your debtors, letting them view balances, make payments, and negotiate settlements on their own, with an AI assistant available to guide them through it. Together it scales from offices as small as 5 users to operations running hundreds of collectors, without forcing a rebuild as the agency grows. Agencies still running on manual workflows or aging platforms carry that cost every day in missed compliance updates, slower payment cycles, and collector time lost to systems that don't talk to each other. EVO is built to close that gap.
