We have been pleased with the services DearDoc provides. It allows patients to inquire about services at their convenience instead of waiting on hold or reaching us after hours. The notifications that we receive about these inquiries allow us to follow up with patients and schedule appointments for them. Additionally, the support that DearDoc provides is very responsive. What do you dislike about DearDoc? Chat is bulky and annoying on the site. I honestly prefer to just use the direct patient inquiry call to action on our website and manually input them to the dear doc dashboard. For several months, they had some "glitch" on my account and nothing was pushing through which resulted in a significant loss of potential revenue.
