I've used DealRoom's software for several months and have been very impressed with its user-friendliness and utility; I've shared it with my colleagues and our due diligence has improved. I like that in the notification emails, the new documents are linked for the most recent uploads. Wish there was a better way to sort by time modified and only look at the new uploads since last visit. I'd also recommend adding a function to be able to download multiple folders at once.
