As a mathematician, I like that the site provides me with data I can reason about analytically rather than going by feelings or reasoning. It's a bit expensive, but I imagine acquiring that data is a tremendous amount of work and needs connections that I don't have, so the value, in the end, is not that bad. That I can pull up loads of stats on companies that fit my criteria for selection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Dealroom.co? That some data is merged into one field - like employee numbers by year. They should be listed in a field for every year, rather than all the data from (for example) 2016 to 2021 on one field. So if I'd like to see the number of employees in 2019 - I should be able to see that clearly, or if I wanted to chart employee growth per year, I could do that easily. I rarely find EBITDA. Not so useful in the US as it is for European companies. Dealroom does not integrate with Saleforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Dealroom.co solving and how is that benefiting you? Problem - How do I get a comprehensive list of companies that fit my criteria in a region. Benefit - DR gives me a pretty comprehensive broad list. I can sift through that and further select my targets. I can also compare with other lists and most companies on other lists are in DR. It provides an important overview of investors' investment policy and activity, along with drill-down possibilities on the portfolio level - as a CFO of a startup for me it is critical for successful fundraising to talk to well-targeted VCs. The possibility to use lots of filters to look for the information I need. We have had some problems in the last months cause they've recently changed all the data from euros to dollars and some incoherences were found when analyzing those data. What do you dislike about Dealroom.co? I don't dislike anything about Dealroom, I just don't use certain parts of the platform. Room for improvement: Perhaps a function to add information as a user.
