## About dealr.cloud
dealr.cloud is a cloud-based dealership management system (DMS) built for independent car dealerships. It combines CRM, inventory management, vehicle appraisals, desking, financing, service, parts, reconditioning, accounting, and dealer websites in one platform, so sales, service, inventory, and accounting work from the same records. Dealership teams capture and route leads, respond by text and phone, price and appraise vehicles using real-time market data, and publish inventory to their website and third-party marketplaces. Deals move from worksheet to closing with state-specific paperwork, buyers' orders, integrated financing, and payment processing. Service opens repair orders, tracks labor and parts, and bills customer, warranty, or internal work, while reconditioning costs post back to each vehicle. Accounting covers the general ledger, journals, bank reconciliation, and reporting that updates as deals close, giving owners current numbers without waiting on month-end.
