"The Dealpad platform is outstanding for getting software sales done"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

Using Dealpad we are able to quickly determine which deals have buying intent and which don't. The time we've saved is now used to focus on the opportunities we have a strong chance to win. Our win rate has increased by around 12% so fare which has helped deliver team quotas over the last 3 quarters.

The interface is easy to use and the tool itself takes away tons of strain from the sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Nothing we dislike. The product team have been highly responsive to a few suggestions we've made, which is appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Paid back annual cost in 7 weeks!!"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

We've only been using Dealpad for 10 weeks or so and therefore this may be too soon to provide a proper review, yet I can tell you we already had our annual subscription fee repaid twice over by closing a large ARR deal that had been stuck at the same stage in our pipeline for 230 days (our average deal closes in < 100 days). We can attribute this back to Dealpad for 2 reasons -

1. Dealpad helped us think differently on how our buying team viewed our solution. It became clear we didn't know how the stakeholders influencing the deal thought about us and a few were not fans. With this intel we highlighted the stakeholders we needed to positively influence and spent much more time with them

2. The mutual action plan Dealpad has is fantastic and helped us and our buyers detail the process and agree key dates to get tasks signed off. This level of commitment from our buyer was missing prior to using Dealpad Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

1. We like being able to pull content in from GDocs yet they don't update in Dealpad when changes are made and this is cumbersome as we have to go back in and reupload the content again

2. The way 'hubs' are built isn't intuitive and creates more work for us than it needs to

(I have fed back directly to your team on how this can be improved) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mutual Action Plans"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

We started using Dealpad a year ago to add structure and consistency to our global sales process in relation to how our AE's were closing and wanted a close plan tool.

We have trialled one vendor previously and saw good results but couldn't get along with the tool itself. Dealpad was instantly well received by our sales team for its ease of use and very clean interface.

The functional aspect of Dealpad's mutual action plan tool is very good and the best we have seen/used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Nothing negative to comment. A quicker/cheaper SFDC integration would have been nice as it was imperative for us to have Dealpad baked into our existing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for getting value from Highspot"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

Our marketing team made an investment into Highspot 18 months ago and we couldn't find the ROI. DealPad helped us extract the value by getting our sales team's buyers into the content we'd created. Such a powerful tool for having access to the right people and being able to monitor how they're interacting during the sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Nothing negative to add. Looking forward to DealPad adding more integrations into the tools we use because the Highspot integration made such a difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice job!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

Since I used Dealpad I've had 20+ 'nice job' emails from my prospects who appreciate the buying rooms I shared with them before our calls. Honestly, it is very surprising just with this capability how prospects respond in a good way.

It is awesome initiative to offer up all of my company materials so my prospect can evaluate the proposition early. My prospects come to the call with intent and are higher impact, which cuts through the 'what we do' conversation. I am bringing 2-3x more meetings into the AE than I had before. What do you dislike about dealpad?

My company has not paid for integration in salesforce so I need to work inside Dealpad for my work. Would be better if I could just be in salesforce. Now I spend more time in Dealpad than salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DealPad is great- easy to use and strong ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

We have paid for 3 years of our annual subscription fee within our first 12 weeks of using DealPad. We measured this by comparing how many sales meetings we booked before and since we started using DealPad & how many of those meetings we managed to close. The software without doubt has supported us closing more deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

There isn't much onboarding material, but it's so simple to get round that we didn't really have much hassle finding our feet. At the end of the day, DealPad is a relatively new company and the support we have had from their team has been very good.

I'd like more/different ways of reporting as it's fairly basic now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dealpad?

Stakeholder analytics + intelligent platform + content sharing + identifying stakeholders we didn't know existed = trump card in our sales stack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Wish we had found this earlier. Still could be cheaper lol Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real game changer for getting deals won"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

Being able to personalize the buying experience for each prospect has significantly improved our win rate. We're also seeing the benefit of using mutual action plans in our sales process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

The company are young and don't have an academy or too much training resource but the team are wonderful and have gone the extra mile to support us, so absolutely no compalints. It's fun being on the journey with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hands down the best software purchase we've made"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

Hard to know where to start!

1. Simple and clean interface that's super easy to navigate around and use

2. Content library helps us upload content and re-use at speed

3. Open and private rooms enable different teams to use the tool for separate use cases - cold prospecting and collaborating with engaged buying teams are just two ways we use it

4. The mutual action plan feature is the best we have used, bar none

5. We LOVE the stakeholder mapping feature. It's simple but super effective in showing us who reports to who, level of influence + the stakeholder's view of our solution

6. The data we see in the dashboard shows us what's working and who's engaging, which helps with optimising our engagements

7. Being able to create personalised experiences has 100% helped us win deals we would have had to fight much harder for previously

8. Great, responsive team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Nit-picking here;

1. Integrations into more of our sales stack

2. More granular analysis into document engagement

3. Signatory function so we can ditch two other solutions and just use DealPad end-to-end Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DealPad has been a game changer for getting deals done"
5/5
What do you like best about dealpad?

The platform does what it's meant to do so well - get more deals closed.

We're using Dealpad in several teams and it's delivering value to SDR's and both our mid-market and enterprise teams.

Other DSR's we piloted required a lot of heavy lifting on our sales side and we needed to have lots of content which put a strain on our internal teams. With Dealpad we can upload and store existing content from our own repository and add to rooms as they're created, which removes all of the lifting.

The interface is clean and very simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

They don't have a native SalesForce integration, but have customized one for us, although it wasn't cheap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
